Brad Thompson appeals from the trial court's denial of relief in proceedings under K.S.A. 60-1507. Thompson's arguments relate to sentencing in his underlying conviction, resulting from a plea bargain, for possession of methamphetamine as a severity level 1 offense under K.S.A. 65-4160(a).
