The defendant, the statewide grievance committee (committee), appeals from the judgment of the trial court sustaining the appeal by the plaintiff, Adam J. Shelton, from the reprimand issued by the committee. On appeal, the committee claims that the court improperly determined that the record before it was insufficient to support the committee's conclusion that the plaintiff violated rule 8.4(3)
