Randy Wayne Bingham ("defendant") appeals his convictions of six of the seven counts of statutory rape, six of the seven counts of statutory sexual offense and seven counts of indecent liberties with a child. For the reasons stated herein we conclude that the trial court erred by denying defendant's motion to dismiss two of the counts of statutory sex offense.
