Reliance Standard Life Insurance Company terminated the payment of long-term disability benefits to Robert C. McGee after it determined that he was no longer disabled. Mr. McGee sought judicial review of this determination by filing a claim under ERISA, 29 U.S.C. § 1132(a)(1)(B).
