Mr. Robin appeals the trial court's ruling sustaining Allstate's exception of no cause of action dismissing Mr. Robin's tort claims against Allstate. Mr. Robin also appeals the trial court's ruling in Allstate's favor, dismissing Mr. Robin's remaining claims with prejudice...
