The State of Iowa, through its attorney general, brought an action under our Consumer Fraud Statute, Iowa Code § 714.16 (1999), against New Womyn, Inc. and its president, Dan Kaiser, based on the defendants' promotion and sale of a breast-enlargement device called a "Stimulation VII."
