This is an appeal from a final order dismissing a wrongful death case against the owners of a motel. The plaintiff's daughter was killed in a car wreck caused by an intoxicated young man who had been at a party at the motel. The theory of the plaintiff's case is that the defendants are liable for the death because they promoted and sponsored underage drinking.
