¶ 1 When the passenger of a Jeep Wrangler unexpectedly grabbed and turned the steering wheel, the Jeep collided with a Honda Civic and injured its driver. The insurer of the Honda filed suit against the liability insurer of the Jeep, seeking reimbursement of its payments to its insured. The trial court granted summary judgment to the Jeep's liability insurer, and the Honda's insurer appealed. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand for...
