¶ 1 Jerry Ferguson appeals from the judgment of sentence imposed following his conviction of aggravated assault and recklessly endangering another person. See 18 Pa.C.S. §§ 2702, 2705 (respectively). Ferguson claims that the trial court erred in allowing the Commonwealth to introduce evidence of which he had no pre-trial notice to impeach a defense witness in violation of the disclosure mandate of Brady v. Maryland,
