ORDER DENYING DEFENDANT'S MOTION TO DISMISS

Defendant Ford Motor Company has filed a motion to dismiss Plaintiffs' claims on the ground of preemption. Plaintiffs oppose this motion. The matter was heard on October 17, 2003.
