Emory, William James, and Thelma Johnson (collectively, "plaintiffs") appeal from an order granting Jackson Chapel First Missionary Baptist Church's ("Jackson Chapel") and Darryl T. Canady's (collectively, "defendants") motion to dismiss for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. We affirm.
