Johnny C. Parks pleaded guilty to the unlawful distribution of a controlled substance, cocaine. He was sentenced as a habitual offender to 15 years' imprisonment, enhanced by an additional 10 years pursuant to §§ 13A-12-250 and 13A-12-270, Ala.Code 1975.
