Ronald Johnson appeals from the trial court's grant of summary judgment to AgSouth Farm Credit (AgSouth or Bank) on Johnson's claim to remove a cloud on the title to land Johnson owns in Hazelhurst, Georgia. Johnson argues on appeal that AgSouth improperly assigned a note and security deed to his co-debtor, Edward Zell Moody, after Moody paid the note in full. Johnson claims that when Moody paid the note in full, the debt was extinguished...
