Defendant Joseph F. Bolka, III pleaded guilty to five counts of possession of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute and distribution and one count of manufacturing methamphetamine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). Defendant now appeals the district court's denial of his motion for a sentencing reduction under the "safety valve" provision of the United States Sentencing Guidelines ("U.S.S.G.") § 5C1.2...
