PER CURIAM.

The defendant, Eric Vail, appeals from his conviction and sentence for drug possession charges. For the following reasons, we affirm.

Officer Allen Davis was dropping off Sergeant Rolando Davis and Officer Jason Ferguson when they observed a drug transaction involving the defendant and Rafael Pedrosa.
