¶ 1 Warren Spencer Kuntz, a registered sex offender, appeals the judgment entered after the trial court found him guilty of violating Arizona Revised Statutes ("A.R.S.") sections 13-3822, and -3824 (2001) by failing to timely inform the Yavapai County Sheriff of an address change.
