Mr. Alan Corley appeals the trial court's dismissal of his suit against Mayor Jordan. We find that Mr. Corley's petition does not allege all the required elements for his cause of action; namely, that Mayor Jordan acted outside of his jurisdiction. Thus, we affirm the trial court's judgment.
