The plaintiff and her husband filed suit against the defendant and his automobile liability insurer, seeking damages related to injuries she alleges that she sustained in an automobile accident with the defendant. Following a trial, the jury found in favor of the defendant. The plaintiffs appeal, contesting the jury's finding that the defendant was not at fault in causing the accident, as well as other evidentiary issues.
