¶ 1 Appellant, Demetrius McNear, has filed this appeal from his judgment of sentence and asks us to determine whether the trial court erred when it denied him relief on his motion to dismiss pursuant to Pa.R.Crim.P. 600. Appellant also raises a challenge to the discretionary aspects of his sentence. For the following reasons, we hold the trial court properly excluded Appellant's pre-arrest time from his Rule 600 run date. We further hold...
