From summary judgments dismissing three defendants, the plaintiffs, Geraldine Douglas and Emili Jackson, on behalf of herself and her minor child, Travian Jackson, appealed and complained that the trial court erred in refusing plaintiffs' request for a continuance of the hearing on the Motions for Summary Judgment (MSJ). Plaintiffs also urged that the trial court erred in granting summary judgments in favor of the defendants, Shabuba, Inc. d/b/a Queen Mama...
