Derrick Denson appeals from the trial court's order declaring that OCGA § 42-1-131 was not unconstitutional as applied to Denson. In Denson's sole enumeration on appeal, he argues that OCGA § 42-1-13 is an unconstitutional ex post facto law as applied to him, because the law was enacted after Denson, a convicted sex offender, had already been living within 1,000 feet of a day care facility.
