Shirley Evans Harris ("plaintiff") appeals from an order filed 6 February 2003 granting summary judgment in favor of Tri-Arc Food Systems, Inc. ("defendant").1 We conclude (1) there was no genuine issue of material fact raised by the evidence as to whether defendant was negligent, and (2) the doctrine of res ipsa loquitur does not apply to the case sub judice.
