In these two appeals, Sara Alene Waugh (Alene), the wife of Charles Woodrow Waugh, Jr. (Charlie), and their two daughters, Gail Stone and Jewel Moore (Case No. A03A1890), and Joseph W. Jones, the administrator of Charlie's estate (Case No. A03A1891), challenge the judgment entered on jury responses to special interrogatories in an action brought by Charles Coymac Waugh (Mack), Charlie and Alene's son.
