These disciplinary matters are before the Court on the State Bar's issuance of two Notices of Discipline for disbarment against Respondent Kim L. King based on King's violations of Rules 1.2; 1.3; 1.4; 1.15(I); 8.4; and 9.3, all a part of Bar Rule 4-102(d) of the Georgia Rules of Professional Conduct. The maximum sanction for a violation of Rule 1.2; 1.3; 1.15(I); or 8.4(a)(4) is disbarment while the maximum sanction for a violation of Rule 1.4 or 9.3...
