John Joseph Schulz ("Schulz") sued Varian Medical Systems, Inc. ("Varian") claiming discrimination under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act ("ADEA"), 29 U.S.C. §§ 621-34. Schulz brings both a wrongful termination claim under 29 U.S.C. § 623(a) and a retaliation claim under 29 U.S.C. § 623(d). Varian now moves for summary judgment on both claims.
