A jury found Anthony John Carter guilty of interfering with government property, but acquitted him of obstructing a law enforcement officer. Carter appeals his conviction pro se, raising numerous claims of error, including that he received ineffective assistance of counsel. Although we affirm the judgment of conviction, we remand this case for a hearing on Carter's ineffective assistance claim and for further proceedings on his application...
