121 Wash.App. 817

In re Kevin R. TYE, Petitioner, v. Shareen C. TYE, Respondent. In re John Tresko, Petitioner, v. Patricia Tresko, Respondent.

Court of Appeals of Washington, Division 3, Panel Three.

May 27, 2004.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

David James Crouse, Attorney at Law, Spokane, WA, for Appellant.

C. Mark Casey, Mullin, Cronin, Casey & Blair, P.S., Patricia Tresko, Spokane, WA, for Respondent.

It does not. Accordingly, we reverse.
