On December 15, 2003, the Commissioner of Insurance (commissioner) released the opinion, findings, and decision on 2004 private passenger automobile insurance rates, (2004 decision) establishing Massachusetts automobile insurance rates for 2004. The Attorney General sought judicial review in the Supreme Judicial Court for Suffolk County of several aspects of the 2004 decision and a related discovery order.
