SENTENCING MEMORANDUM

ADELMAN, District Judge.

Defendant Larry Willis pleaded guilty to armed bank robbery, and the United States Probation Office prepared a pre-sentence report (PSR) in anticipation of sentencing. The PSR recommended that defendant be classified as a career offender under U.S.S.G. § 4B1.1. Under that guideline,
