BAUER, Circuit Judge.

On December 19, 2003 Jose Vallejo was convicted of two counts of being a felon in possession of a firearm in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1) and found to be an "Armed Career Criminal" as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 924(e). During the sentencing process Vallejo received an enhancement under U.S.S.G. § 4B1.4(b)(3)(A) for possessing the firearms in connection with crimes of violence. He was ultimately sentenced to a term of 262 months...
