The plaintiff/appellant, Chris Trayanoff ("Trayanoff"), appeals the judgment of the trial court in favor of the defendants, Donald A. Pellissier ("Pellissier"), Robert J. Laporte ("Laporte"), Donna Maitre ("Maitre"), and the corporation of which they were officers, Oak Island Land Co., Inc. ("Oak Island"). Trayanoff alleged that the defendants defrauded him in a land investment scheme.
