This matter is before the Court on the pro se Petitioner's request for writ of habeas corpus, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255. The Petitioner was sentenced in to two concurrent 120-month periods of incarceration, followed by concurrent five-year and three-year periods of supervised release, after pleading guilty to a drug distribution conspiracy and a money laundering conspiracy...
