¶ 1 Gwendolyn Phillips, as administratrix of the estates of Robyn Jorjean Williams, Jerome I. Campbell, and Alphonso Crawford, and as guardian of Neil Curtis Williams, a minor, (collectively, "Phillips"), appealed from the Order granting summary judgment in favor of the Appellees set forth above (collectively, "Cricket").
