Thomas Adams appeals from the dismissal of his claims that both Richard Catrambone and Great Lakes Building Materials, Incorporated ("Great Lakes") withheld his pay in violation of the Illinois Wage Payment and Collection Act, 815 ILCS 115/1, et seq.
