OPINION

SHARPNACK, Judge.

Brian Chism appeals the trial court's finding that he violated his probation and the modification of the conditions of his probation. Chism raises three issues, which we consolidate and restate as:

I. Whether the trial court's findings that Chism violated his home detention by being absent from his home without permission and by failing to pay home detention fees are supported by substantial evidence; and II....
