Per Curiam.

The Grievance Committee served the respondent with a petition dated January 7, 2003, containing two charges of professional misconduct. After a hearing on May 2, 2003, Special Referee Albert A. Blinder sustained both charges. The petitioner now moves to confirm the Special Referee's report and to impose such discipline as the Court deems appropriate.
