PER CURIAM.

This Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), MCL 15.231 et seq., case comes to us on remand from the Michigan Supreme Court. We are required to determine whether the circuit court properly weighed the public interest concerns in the disclosure of records of a county sheriff department's internal affairs investigation into the alleged misconduct of one of its deputies. We affirm and remand the case to the circuit court with instructions.
