PER CURIAM.

The propriety of a Superior Court writ of mandamus — one that required a municipality to issue a license for the operation of a helicopter-ride business in that town — is the issue that gives us a whirl on this appeal. The defendant, the Town of Westerly (town), appeals from the granting of this writ of mandamus.
