¶ 1 Janice Hogan (Hogan) appeals from the entry of summary judgment in this declaratory judgment action in favor of Certain Underwriters at Lloyds, London, United Kingdom (Lloyds), entered on August 12, 2003, in the Court of Common Pleas, Philadelphia County.
