PER CURIAM.

An insurer issued an automobile-liability insurance policy in Massachusetts to a Massachusetts resident for a Massachusetts-registered car. The policy excluded coverage for accidents occurring outside Massachusetts. After the insured's vehicle was involved in a Rhode Island accident, a Superior Court motion justice declared that the above-described geographic limitation on coverage violated Rhode Island public policy and, thus, was unenforceable...
