Nestor Garcia pleaded no contest to the charges of possession of cocaine, delivery of cocaine, trafficking in cocaine, and possession of cannabis, reserving the right to appeal the denial of his motion to suppress evidence. The motion to suppress was based on a challenge to the search warrant that authorized search of Garcia's residence for cocaine.
