Terry Morgan challenges the circuit court's order restraining him from competing with Herff Jones, Inc., or its designated agent, Timothy Trojnar, or using the trade name Delmar Studios. We reverse the temporary injunction as to the noncompete covenant but affirm the injunction against use of the trade name.
