¶ 1 John Cooke appeals from the October 22, 2002 denial of his Post Conviction Relief Act (PCRA) petition.1 We vacate and remand for an evidentiary hearing.

¶ 2 Represented by Assistant Public Defender Jay Stillman, Appellant pleaded guilty to robbery, kidnapping, conspiracy, receiving stolen property, and robbery of a motor vehicle, and was sentenced by the Honorable Nancy L. Butts to nine to 20 years' imprisonment...
