¶ 1 Appellant, Nancy Krystkiewicz (hereinafter "Krystkiewicz"), appeals from the April 23, 2002 order entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County that denied her "Petition For Relief From Judgment By Default." The Prothonotary entered a default judgment on behalf of Appellee, Mother's Restaurant, Inc. (hereinafter "the Restaurant"), after Krystkiewicz failed to respond to the Restaurant's amended complaint. For the following reasons...
