John Ross appeals a summary final judgment dismissing his suit against his former employer, Jim Adams Ford, Inc., in which he alleged a violation of the Florida Civil Rights Act of 1992. See § 760.10(1)(a), Fla. Stat. (1993) (prohibiting employers from discharging employees based upon handicap).
