Robbie Patterson sought workers' compensation for temporary total disability. The Honorable D. Craig Johnson, Judge of the Workers' Compensation Court, granted compensation. This employer sought review before a three-judge panel, which vacated the order because the worker was fired "for cause." Patterson appealed, the Court of Civil Appeals affirmed, and he sought certiorari.
