Victor Simon was convicted of one count of interstate transportation of stolen property, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2314, and three counts of mail fraud, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1341, and was sentenced to serve three years' probation and pay $7,746 in restitution.
