¶ 1 The trial court dismissed appellants Betty and Raymond Amparanos'1 putative class action against defendant ASARCO, Inc.,2 after determining the action had been brought in an improper venue and could not be transferred to a proper venue. Concluding that venue is controlled by the mandatory venue provisions governing real property actions, we affirm the dismissal....
