This is an automobile-accident case involving a Massachusetts insurance policy. The policy did not provide liability coverage to the insured motorist for bodily injury claims arising from accidents occurring in Rhode Island. The insured motorist was a Massachusetts resident who was driving his Massachusetts-registered vehicle in this state when be became involved in a three-car accident here.
