This appeal arises out of the seizure and sale of a drilling rig to satisfy a judgment against an absentee defendant. The trial court, on cross motions for declaratory judgment filed before the conclusion of the trial, held that the sheriff's sale of the drilling rig was valid. This appeal ensued. For the reasons stated herein, we affirm.
